Our use of your personal information depends on our relationship with you. For clients, we primarily collect information to manage and deliver your treatment effectively. For others, personal data may be collected to handle inquiries, communicate, engage in business transactions, facilitate participation in our programs, or fulfill legal requirements. Apart from the instances mentioned above or for purposes related to administration, treatment, or legal requirements, we will not disclose your personal information without your consent. Exceptions may apply if disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect the safety of individuals or the public. We will not use your personal information for direct marketing unless allowed by the Privacy Act. |

Your information is either stored on secure servers (electronic records) or is protected in controlled facilities (hard copy records).
